The fine print, in plain words.

Deposits and refunds

You can reserve your place in the build queue before we talk, with a $200 deposit.
The deposit counts toward your first payment. It is not an extra fee.
If I decide I am not the right fit for your project, I refund the full $200 within 5 business days, to the card you paid with.
The day before I start your build, I message you through the client portal and by email.
If you reply before I start and decide not to go ahead, you get the full $200 back.
If you tell me within 1 hour after I start, you get $100 back.
If you have not replied by the time I start, or tell me later than 1 hour after, the deposit is not refunded. It paid for your held spot and my preparation time.

Projects start in the order deposits are paid.
Your client portal shows your place in the queue.
Start dates are estimates. I will tell you through the portal if your spot moves.

Setup is $1,000, or $800 at the founding rate. After we agree on the scope in writing, I invoice half to start and half at launch. Your deposit is credited against the first half.
The build includes five pages (home, about, offer and two more of your choice) plus your link page. Your link page and the page your personal videos play on share one layout and count as one page.
Extra pages are $100 each, agreed in writing before the invoice.
Anything beyond SoulSite+ is a custom offer, quoted in writing before any work.
Your site goes live on your domain once the final payment is in.

A monthly plan is required while your site runs on my system: Base $49, Base + Outreach $64, Base + Concierge $78, All three $89. If you need something else, ask me.
Base: Your site kept up, small edits, and an optional listing for your educational YouTube channel on Mirror Path TV, my video hub built as an alternative to doom-scrolling.
Outreach: your personal video links stay live while you pay. If a payment is missed, I email you a warning to download your videos. Two weeks after the missed payment, every video except your 5 most recent is deleted.
Concierge: a chat assistant on your site, trained on what you give it, with up to 300 replies a month.
Former clients can keep Outreach on its own for $30 a month.
The number of pages never changes the monthly price.

My first 5 SoulSite+ clients pay $800 for setup instead of $1,000.
Founding monthly, for life: $49 for Base + Outreach (instead of $64) and $74 for all three (instead of $89).
If storage or AI costs rise sharply, founding monthly prices rise to match.
Founding spots go in the order deposits or first payments are made.

Your content is yours: your words, photos, videos and data. Your domain stays in your name.
If you stop your monthly plan, you can export all of your data as CSV files, free.
Your site runs on my system. Moving it to your own hosting is a custom offer.
I may show your finished site in my portfolio. Tell me if you would rather I did not.

Starting in writing is free: the contact form or an email is all it takes.
If you would rather talk first, you can book a 30-minute video call for $50, paid when you book.
If you go ahead with SoulSite+, the $50 is credited toward your setup.

The client portal is where you reach me for questions, fixes and changes.
I reply within 1 business day. Fixes usually take up to 3 business days, depending on the queue.
Anything that has waited 3 business days goes to the front of the line.

This site counts visits so I can see which pages people read. For each page view it keeps the page, the site you came from (for example google.com) and whether you used a phone or a computer, added into a daily total.
No cookies, no IP addresses, nothing that identifies you. Browsers that ask not to be tracked (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control) are not counted.
Client sites built on SoulSite+ can use the same counter; their owners see their own totals in the client portal.
